In this Era of Information Technology, it is a matter of great pride for us to have the Web Site of District Doda, which has been designed and devleoped by National Informatics Centre, Doda. The Web Site contains various modules covering various aspects  of District Doda, like Area, Population, People, Administrative Setup, Available Infrastructure etc. The Web Site also carries the Historical Background and History of District Doda, District at a Glance, Religious and Tourist Places, Various Trekking Places etc.  The Photo Gallery of Some important places of this District have also been included in the Site.

In addition to the above, Village Amenity Directory, Statistical Information, Prominent Citizens, Telephone Directory of  important Government Offices of District Doda etc. is also included as a separate section. Public can even send their grievances, site feedback by filling up a simple forms which are also included in the web site.

I am glad to know that NIC, Doda has developed the Web Site of District Doda under the Techinical Guidance of  Sh. Abhay Kumar, State Informatics Officer NIC J&K. Sh. Sunil Kaul, District Informatics Officer and Ashwani Kr. Sharma District Informatics Associates, Doda, has put extra efforts in designing and developing the Web Site.

I convey my sincere thanks to the District / Sectoral Officers, Public Representatives and other Officers / Officials of DDC's Office, who have extended their cooperation / help in bringing up this Web Site.

Finally, I congratulate the team and wish that everyone who is interested to know about District Doda will be benefitted after surfing the Web Site.
